What languages is it available in?
Intrabase is currently available in Catalan, Spanish, English and Basque. We are working on adding more languages and dialectal varieties.
Can I migrate my data from another platform?
Yes. We offer import tools for email (IMAP), contacts (CSV/vCard), files and calendars. For complex migrations, our team helps you personally.
Plans and pricing
What plans do you offer?
We offer three plans: Starter (€4/month per user) with basic tools, Pro (€8/month per user) with billing, finance, websites and more, and Business (€12/month per user) with corporate AI, client portal and full customization.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes are applied immediately and prorated to the current billing period.
Are there annual payment discounts?
Yes. Annual payment includes a discount equivalent to 2 free months compared to monthly payment.
What happens when the free trial ends?
After 30 days, you can choose a paid plan or your data will be kept for an additional 30 days in case you want to reactivate your account. You will never lose your data without prior notice.
Do additional apps have extra costs?
Some advanced apps (like Email Marketing, Ticketing or Crowdfunding) have an additional usage-based cost. Basic apps are included in the plan. Check each app for specific pricing.
Security and privacy
Where is my data hosted?
All data is hosted on servers in Europe (Barcelona, Germany, Finland), under GDPR regulations. We do not use servers in the United States or the United Kingdom.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Never. Your data is exclusively yours and is never used to train artificial intelligence models or shared with third parties.
What security measures do you have?
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, daily backups, two-factor authentication (2FA), access auditing, and 24/7 monitored infrastructure.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Intrabase fully complies with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Can I export my data at any time?
Yes. You can export all your data (emails, files, contacts, invoices, etc.) in standard formats at any time. There is no vendor lock-in.

Can Intrabase integrate with Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)?
Yes. Intrabase offers bidirectional synchronization with Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive.
Do you have an API for integrations?
Yes. Intrabase offers a complete REST API to integrate with any external system. Available on Pro and Business plans.
Does it work on mobile devices?
Yes. Intrabase is a responsive web application that works on any browser. We also offer native apps for iOS, Android, macOS and Windows.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Intrabase works entirely in the browser. You can optionally download native apps for an optimized experience.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. All plans include email support. Pro and Business plans include priority support with guaranteed response time.
